Breakfast and After School Clubs

               

Sutton Courtenay C of E Primary School offers wrap-around childcare options for children in Reception Class to Year 6, including:

• Breakfast Club
• After School Club

The cost of breakfast and After School Club fees are:

Breakfast Club

Monday to Friday 7.45am to 8.35am

Breakfast is included and served until 8.15am

Fee per session £5 per child

 

After School Club

Monday to Thursday 3.15pm to 5.30pm

Sandwiches, healthy snacks and refreshments included

Fee per session £12 per child

 

Friday 3.15pm to 5pm

Sandwiches, healthy snacks and refreshments included

Fee per session £10 per child

 

Bookings

Bookings for the term must be made in advance on Arbor via the "Clubs" section. 

It is important sessions are booked in advance so we know whether your child is expected to attend. This is for catering purposes, but more importantly for their own safety. Please note, spaces are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.

Payment

Payment can be made by debit or credit card or via your chosen childcare voucher provider. 

Paying by childcare vouchers

If you are new to our Wraparound care and will be paying using childcare vouchers, please inform the school office as soon as possible. When making voucher payments, please forward your provider payment confirmation to office@sutton-courtenay.school. Our bank account will be checked every fortnight and once your voucher payment is received, we will manually adjust Arbor on your behalf.

Contact details

Club leaders have contact details for parents/carers should your child have an accident or become unwell whilst in attendance. Please ensure your details are up-to-date in the school office.

Extra Sessions

Both clubs can offer extra sessions in an emergency, depending on capacity that day.  Fees for extra sessions must be paid on the day.

Breakfast Club: £5.00 per child

After School Club: £12.00 (Monday to Thursday) £10 (Friday) per child

Breakfast and After School Club Cancellation Policy

Please note that any cancellations for Breakfast Club or After School Club must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will still be charged, as staffing and resources are arranged in advance.
